Conduct regular Service Review Meetings.
Renew the existing contracts and conduct annual price negotiations.
Organise and supervise the receiving, processing and resolution of customer service problems and complaints so that a minimal loss of business is experienced.
Liaise with all departments to ensure service is delivered to agreed levels.
Ensure all service personnel are fulfilling their responsibilities & obligations.
Promote, through training programs, positive customer and employee relations.
Supervise the installation of all new business orders.
Supervise installation, servicing and repair of all dispensing equipment.
Ensure conformance to policies regarding stocking accounts, stocktakes and charging for loss of goods where appropriate.
Assist in the collection of accounts receivable (if applicable), ensuring that proper procedures are followed to achieve collection of accounts promptly.
Supervise active participation of department personnel in sales promotions and programs.
Plan regular re-routing and other cost related programs in line with the business activity of the branch.
Ensure appropriate housekeeping and safety practices in the department.
Recommend changes in the basic structure and complement of the department. Look after the morale, welfare and safety of team members.
Ensure control of non-conformance within the department.
Ensure implementation and compliance to corrective action requests directed to the department.
Ensure adherence and compliance of Team members to procedures and work instructions.
Carry out department inductions and delegate on the job training.
Ensure customer visitation and stocktake program is devised and adhered to.
