工作内容：
1. Production line equipment repair and maintenance on production floor.
生产线设备维护与维修.
2. Production line tool maintenance and management.
生产线上工具的保养和管理。
3. Line processes support and trouble shooting on production floor.
产线制程技术支持与问题解决。
4. Line programming support and trouble shooting on production floor.
产线程序技术支持与问题解决。
5. Improve first pass yield (FPY) of production line＝> Improve quality business together with Engineer.
提升生产线的一次通过率。
6. Improve equipment utilization of production line together.
提升生产线的设备利用效率。
7. Participate daily Q-base meeting when necessary.
如有需要，参加每日Q-base会议。
8. Close cooperation with production team.
与生产部门的人员密切配合。
9. Total productivity maintenance (TPM) experts of production line, and responsible for effective TPM.
生产线全面生产维护的专家，并负责全面生产维护的有效执行。
10. Support machine supplier for modification or repair equipment.
支持设备供应商改造和维修设备。
11. Monthly meeting with Engineer Supervisor to discuss the actual problems from the last month ＝>Improve the quality of the machines.

12. Training production people (process + equipment).
培训生产线人员（制程 + 设备）。
13. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumable parts of production line.

14. EWAK, d-sample production support.

15. Assignments of special tasks.
其他可能分配的特殊任务。
16. On-call to support machine or process trouble shooting if necessary.

17. Owner of Equipment 5S and safety issue.
