职位描述及要求：
- Job Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement plant IDM and Sourcing Strategy (incl. negotiations, SRM, savings initiatives, tool development etc.)
2. Consolidate Demand Forecast
3. Prioritize key initiatives for IDM projects – identify cost reduction opportunities, remove intermediaries from the supply chain, launch category projects, develop new suppliers for cost savings or sustainable sourcing strategies.
4. Consolidate documentation (technical and logistics specs, quantity etc.) from stakeholders
5. Communicate periodic Supplier Performance Status and Risk Assessments to site leadership
6. Rationalize the number of suppliers (SOP) and Contract long term partnership with strategic suppliers
Manage the Supplier selection process (Quality & Engineering part of process) to approve Supplier list (new/existing)
7. Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and quarterly reviews with strategic suppliers .
Job Requirement:
1. College Degree or above.
2. At least 3 years related working experience.
