JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Review and understand customer demand fluctuation, analyze mid-term & long-term customer demand, identify the capacity risk;
2. Collaborate with operation and supporting team to build up reliable plan of capacity preparation for long term customer demand;
3. Monitor and control planning parameter deviation to ensure the accuracy of S&OP plan;
4. Propose production plan with best balance of customer demand, capacity utilization, labor requirement, defined FG stock target and ensure the achievement;
5. Lead the monthly S&OP planning process, manages conflict, and guides the team toward consensus;
6. Lead the monthly meeting to present S&OP plan to management team;
7. Other tasks assigned by manager;
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor Degree;
2. Very good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, French is a plus;
3. 5-8 years’ experience in master scheduling, better to have S&OP piloting experience;
4. Strong analytical ability;
5. Good piloting and communication skills, be able to coordinate cross functions to ensure internal resource utilization and customer satisfaction
6. Have strong leadership skills and is capable of presenting issues to decision makers and facilitating conflict resolution
7. Good problem analysis and solving skills
