Duties and Skills:
1.Implement the process quality control through quality tools. Have the knowledge to control quality risks by using PFMEA, SPC, MSA and Cpk.
2.Drive the continuous control.
3.Handling quality issue. Help Company to achieve the quality excellence.
4.Facilitate, train, and use Kaizen and problem solving.
5.Identify and eliminate waste by Lean principles and tools (VSM, 5S, Visual management, Mistake-proofing, Continuous Flow, Kanban, SMED, Standard work and so on).
6.Assist to build up lean culture in the company.
7.Other job as leader arranged.
Skills Required:
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechnical or science, with 6 years or more working experience in supplier quality or process quality.
2.Knows Lean tools, like: Kanban, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, etc and Process Improvement position
3.Have excellent communication and problem solving skills. Be willing to work under pressure, with team work spirit.
4.PC Skills: MS Office: Word, Excel (with charting knowledge), Access, PowerPoint
5.Good oral and written English skill.
