职位描述及要求：
- DUTIES AND SKILLS:
1.Responsible for all equipment (including CNC machines and other production related ,crane,air compressor,air conditioner etc.) 、plant facilities and fire protection facilities keep good condition
2.Following inspection plan of daily, monthly and yearly, keep up for implementation
3.Estabilish/upgrade documents for system ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001
4.Supervise all maintenance staff ,give necessary guidance/training
5. Prepare necessary spare part list and setup/maintain/tracking the stock level
6.Support /plan and utilization of environment, health, safety management engineering project.
7.Responsible for monitoring the factory's consumption of water and electricity.
8.The management of the factory's energy and resources such as electricity, water and gas; the maintenance and management of the environmental protection equipment.
9.Responsible for the management of the factory's fire-fighting equipment and infrastructure.
10.Responsible for assisting firefighting facilities maintenance& service department to conduct test and maintenance of the firefighting system.
11.Responsible for the identification of the company's emergency situation and potential considerations and for organizing the establishment of the emergency responding plan.
12.The organization of emergency responding practice.
13.Control management of waste water, gas and noise ;the maintenance of the equipment of sound insulation and noise reduction.
14.To implementation of controlling the significant environment aspects and danger source after the on-site production evaluation.
15.Monitor the on-site special equipment to make sure they are properly used according to the instruction.
16.Supervision and management of the use of on-site chemicals.
17.Regular supervision and inspection of special equipment and important safety components (such as :safety salve , pressure gauge and so on )
18.Responsible for the department's control management of the internal storage , transfer and distribution of dangerous chemicals
19.Supervision and management of the company's wasters collection and disposal
20.All other duties as relevant to the post under the orders of Technical Manager
Skills Required:
1 .Bachelor degree education in electronic/mechanical engineering.
2 .Over 5 years experience work of equipment maintenance in machinery plant.
3 .Be familiar with the FANUC CNC system 、 Mitsubishi CNC system and Siemens CNC system,
4 .Familiar with hydraulic 、plc、air compressor、air conditioner
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office
6. Good ability of communication team work spirit .
7. Have good ability in English reading and writing.
8. Knowledge about Environmental Protection, Safety and Facility etc.
9. Have experience of manage automatic alarm facilities.
10. Be familiar with ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001 related Laws and regulations
11.Have experience of plan and utilization of environment, health,safety management engineering project.
12.Have experience of monitoring the factory's consumption of water and electricity
13. Have experience of management of the factory's fire-fighting equipment and infrastructure
14.Have experience of identification of the company's emergency situation and potential considerations and for organizing the establishment of the emergency responding plan.
15.Have experience of Supervision and management of the use of on-site chemicals.
