职位描述及要求：
- Major Accountabilities:
Customer quality requirements assurance, submit APQP package & PPAP package, etc.
Set-up Quality objective in terms of PPM and FTQ and drive team to meet.
Project quality assurance- Perform quality assessments throughout development and provide Vote for all Stage and Design Reviews for all assigned projects. ensure that Key, Identified Program deliverables are completed on time per the project schedule and meet excellent quality standards
Drive wide & dive deep for new program lessons learned from starting
Lead Build in Quality workshop with project and mfg team. Tracking KIM and action items closure in design phase.
Production quality assurance - Support pre-builds and ensure production quality in control, issue related build reports to drive issue closure.
Communicate APQP gate status, Quality performance, improvement plans, and corrective actions to the customer.
Create Control plan align with APQP stage and set up CQI list with quality gate in production line
Create Workmanship standard for quality criteria.
Host customer Audit for new projects. Drive closure of open issues.
Major Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics or Automotive, etc
Over 6-8 years’ service experience for Quality/Design/ Manufacture relative jobs in Semi-conductor industrial suppliers. At least 4 years’ experience in quality.
International company experience is preferred.
Experience in Problem Solving practices. Advanced analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult. Eg. Green Belt, Shinning.
Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal team.
(External interface: Customer QE/QM; Internal interface: Project team, Manufacture team Engineering, Quality and Design Center oversea)
Familiar to IATF16949 standard and OEM customer quality system. Europe customer experience is preferred.
Organizational and planning capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
Leadership skill.
Passion for excellence.
Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
