职位描述及要求：
- 岗位职责:
• Develop advanced electric-mechanical test fixture/equipment for various power tool testing, focus on electrical development, PLC programming.
• Develop test system based on National instrument hardware, NI-Compact RIO preferred.
• To be responsible for trouble shooting and maintenance for FETC reliability test equipment.
• Support the test team for the dedicated programming upload and modification
• Must be flexible and adapt to changing departmental priorities.
• Initial assignment is development of power tool test fixtures & equipment.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates advanced test fixture systems, also focus on electrical equipment development and has strong capability to harmonize the PLC programming and electric.
• Writes and upgrades technical procedures maintained in the technical database at B&D intranet.
• Perform some special test as needed.
任职资格:
• Bachelor degree of engineering with demonstrated electric equipment developed & PLC programming experience, Have a good C language foundation, proficient in C++, C#, LabVIEW or other languages for host computer software development.
• Strong Data Acquisition and automation system development experience required.
• Experience in application development of MySQL, Access, and SqlServer databases.
• Familiar with computer interface technology, have a solid network communication foundation, and have mainstream industrial fieldbus application and debugging experience.
• Experience in industrial robots or servo motion control projects preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in a “hands on” development & trouble shooting environment.
• Ability to read, write English.
• Organization and time management skills required.
• Must be a self-started working with a minimum of supervision.
• Good work ethic, attitude & interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of people.
• 3 Years working experience above.
