职位描述及要求：
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. College degree of Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Dairy, Food, Bio-Technology, Chemical etc). Bachelor or Post graduate degree in Engineering or Packaging Technology is preferred.
2. At least 2 years working experience in FMCG industrial.
3. Experience in handling packaging operation. Familiar with packaging machine & packaging materials knowledge are preferred.
4. Familiar with cGMP working environment is preferred.
Special Knowledge
1. Good English writing ability & fluent in spoken English.
2. High computer literacy with strong working knowledge of computer, AutoCAD and databases statistic analysis.
3. Familiar with Automation Technology/ Mechanic Knowledge.
4. Result orientation and high level of communication and report writing skills.
Skill
1. Strong leadership skills with extensive experience in managing project team.
2. A team worker, with good written and verbal communication skills with the job holders and the job owners.

1. 包装、机电、乳品科学与工程、食品科学与工程、生物化工，制药等相关专业大专科以上学历 （包装工程或工程类本科及硕士学历优先）。
2. 快消品企业2年以上工作经历，具有乳制品或药品企业包装工作经验优先。
3. 熟悉包装机械或材料认证知识优先。
4. 熟悉基本的cGMP 知识优先。
特殊知识
1. 熟练掌握英语书写和口头沟通技能。
2. 较好的数据分析能力，能熟练使用包括Excel、Word，PowerPoint, AutoCAD、database 等软件的操作。
3. 熟悉自控技术及机械知识。
4. 以结果为导向，拥有良好的沟通及汇报技巧。
技能
1. 具有较强领导力和领导技巧，具有管理项目团队经验。
2. 团队合作精神，很高的书面和口头沟通技巧。
Lead the package I&R projects perspective of new SKU, equipment adjustment or modification, new equipment selection, process, layout, material and equipment supplier audit.
Develops long-term improving plans for packaging section.
Reviews and analysis packaging section production performance, find opportunity and develops action plans to ensure continuous adherence to targets.
Determines necessary corrective actions to prevent material losses / rejections brought about by quality issues.
Assists management in planning, justifying and executing Capital Expenditures Projects for packaging equipment to improve operations.
Works closely with other support groups as regards to growth in volume, quality and technological advancement.
Prepares and executes needed validation protocol for equipment and processes, as required.
Perspective from technical side to drives continuous improvement in the packaging section.
Responsible for change management in the packaging section.
Technical transfer to the production department relevant personal to improve the operation level, reduction the loss.
Responsible for SHE program implementation in packaging section project.
Performs other functions that assigned from time to time.
在包装I&R开发项目中负责包装材料的开发认证，开发新的包装形式，包装设备调整或者改造，包装设备选型，材料/设备供应商的审核
制订包装区域提高运行水平的长期计划
回顾分析包装区域运行的指标，制定出改进行动方案以达成目标
决定必要的改正行动来防止包材的损失，因质量问题产品的禁止放行
辅助领导层计划，证明和执行为提高包装运行的投资项目
和其他辅助部门一起努力来提高产量，质量和技能
准备和执行包装设备和工艺的认证
从技术角度在包装区域推动持续改进及益求精
负责评估包装区域的变更控制
负责技术转移给生产部人员/ 工程部人员提高操作水平，降低浪费
负责在包装项目中严格执行SHE
完成领导不定时分配的任务
