职位描述及要求：
- Responsibility:
Assist to optimize production process, provide solutions to improve production process including but not limited to safety, technological process, tools, standard files.
Main Activities
1、Ensure the safety, health environment are respected during production process.
2、Design quality-oriented production process to ensure products meet quality standard and customer’s requirement.
3、Provide continuous improvements in production process, including but not limited to EHS, quality, efficiency.
4、This position encompasses planning, tooling, maintenance, plant engineering, assembly, test, machining, paint etc. wherever a specific technical assignment may be needed.
5、Ensure tools available in production process is effective.
6、Prepare Work Instruction to Production Lines and assure they are easily followed, ensure WI are well executed and efficiently followed.
7、Prepare training document and give training to production operators.
8、Setup basic routine in the system.
9、Optimize process to improve production efficiency.
10、Production related project management.
11、Support new product introduction to production including but not limited to communicate with R&D, DOG.
12、Continuous improvement and the establishment. of standard process.
13、Adheres to established standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc. in performing assigned duties.
14、Other task assigned.
Requirement:
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
Above 3 Years of related working experience in production process control area in machinery company
Familiar with ISO, 5S, KanBan, etc.
Know pump assembly process would be better.
Fluent in English and skilled in MS office software, such as AutoCAD
Good communication of English for working in an international environment.
Experience with ERP systems
