1.Order Management, co-work with Sales&CS team to rolling and confirm truck out schedule;
2.Production Plan arrangement, convert open order to production plan reasonably;
3.Production Plan Control, co-work with production team closely to ensure on time output & sample sending;
4. PM call off, run MRP to rolling package material demand, arrange call off to make sure stable PM supply and supplier management;
5.Inventory Management, identify risk FG & PM stock, and highlight the risk;
6.Process Order creation & closure;
7.New product launch, , based on customer requested and run the raw material supply plan, make sure the new products project launch smoothly;
8.To have Ownership of food safety and quality systems in this position;
9. Other assignments from superior.
Qualifications required ⑤
•Education
Diploma or above, majored in logistics management, business administration or Industrial Engineering
•Experience (type)
—— 1~2 years experience in planning / Inventory / Material Management, food industrial will be a plus
—— Experience in using ERP system, SAP experience will be a plus
—— Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
•Knowledge or specific business understanding
—— Strong analytical, logistics engineering or process mapping skills
—— Strong follow up capabilities
—— Excellent communication skills and good customer-service attitude
