1. Bachelor degree in engineering
2. Strong Electronic Background
3. At least have three years experience on mold in the semiconductor company
4. Good oral and written English
5. Experience of Fico,Towa mold machine maintenance is prefered
6. Good organizing & analytical skills
7. Posses the methodology approach knowledge in problem solving
8. Able to perform under pressure.
Job Description
1. Be responsible for the management and maintenance for EOL molding equipments
2. Investigate,analyze process and equipment, propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment productivity and product quality
3. New equipments buy off, achieve the projects for the equipments improvement; keep all equipments running with high efficiently and economically.
