Job Responsibilities
1.Overall lead and manage MFG training team to deliver effective training and high quality operator to support production.
2. Monitor new qualified OP performance and loop back to training improvement
3. MFG HC plan and hiring execution to meet business requirement
4. Continue to drive training system, training course improvement and work with operation supervisor and manage to improve line execution and quality through training excellent
5. Other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications
Education: Diploma degree or above, major in HR, administration, training or engineering
Language: Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin
Experience: 2~3 years’ work experience in training.
