岗位职责:
1. Be responsible for daily recruitment for the positions of operators, technicians and other office staff;
2. Input new staff personnel information in HR information system, be responsible for maintaining HR system to ensure the data is updated accurately and timely;
3. On board process;
4. Enhance employer branding;
5. Labor contract management;
6. Campus recruitment and other projects
7. Provide assistance to other daily activities assigned by supervisor
任职资格:
1. Bachelor or above degree, HR ,Chemicial background is preferred;
2. 1 years recruiting experiences or fresh graduated with good potential;
3. Good spoken and written English;
4. Office computer skills, i.e. in Excel, word, PPT;
5. Good interpersonal skill and people assessment skill.
