职位描述及要求：
- Job Responsibilities:
1.Arrange leader & operator’s daily job;
2.Plan, schedule production to meet weekly commitment;
3.Meet output target by shift and insure smoothly run production in own shift, no quality/discipline issue;
4.Ensure unit accountability, lot integrity;
5.Ensure operators to work complying spec and company policy;
6.Oversee / motivate manufacturing operators and leaders to meet department goals;
7.Work effectively with supporting groups to solve line problems and continue improvement;
8.Involved in resource planning and re-certification of operators;
9.Monthly one on one and listening from team members, to building a harmonious and good teamwork environment;
10.Provide strategies to support department goals, lead team to continue improvement by CI projects, QCC activities facilitation;
11.Other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Qualification:
1.With Mechanical / Electric engineering or Computer Science background.
2.With strong leadership, have experience or potential on People management, Able to supervise Engineering Assistants and Operators.
3.Independent, resourceful and takes initiative, able to cooperation with other department
4.Project management skills & familiar with office tools.
5.Good skill on report generation & presentation.
6.Knowledge of statistical process control.
7.Project management(cross department) and execution; Coaching and team management skill; Presentation and facilitation skill
8.Good English communication skill
9.Office (PPT, Excel and etc.) and report skill
