职位描述及要求：
- 1. New supplier audit based on project or strategy needs
1. 根据项目或战略需要对新供应商进行审核
2. Supplier APQP process management for Suzhou and Globle projects, including design review, PCM/ SLP development, PPAP approval, run at rate, LRA etc.
2. 苏州和全球项目的供应商APQP流程管理，包括设计评审，PCM/ SLP开发，PPAP批准，运行速度，LRA等。
3. Co-work with plant QA for supplier issues solved during production, involve 8D evaluate and cost recovery.
3.与工厂QA合作解决生产过程中的供应商问题，包括8D评估和成本回收。
4. According to AIAG or VDA requirement survey supplier and implement OEM requirement to supplier side item.
4. 根据AIAG或VDA的要求对供应商进行调研，并将OEM的要求落实到供应商方面。
5. Support cross function team which relative supplier issues and other task from management.
5. 支持跨职能团队处理与供应商相关的问题和其他来自管理层的任务。
6、Bachelors degree or better in Electrical engineering, sepcial for SMT and electrical experience
本科或以上学历，电气工程专业，有SMT及电气经验者优先
1. min 2 years supplier quality management experience working in automotive industry, and widely involve in quality-related activities such as 8D’s, Fast response, 3×5W and PPAP reviews
1. 2年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验，广泛参与质量相关活动，如8D，快速响应，3×5W和PPAP评审
2. Min 3 years technical experience in PCB/ PCBA manufacturer, able to support supplier for identified root cause, provide process improvement ideas from technical point of view.
2. 至少3年PCB/ PCBA生产厂家的技术经验，能够支持供应商找出根本原因，从技术角度提供工艺改进意见。
3. Good communication skill in both English and Chinese. Strong capability in thinking and problem solving.
