Responsibilities:
Able to build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the team key performance indicators.
Understand customer data and use that data to identify trends, actionable insights, and be able to tell a compelling story to cross-functional partners
Contextualize reports/analysis feedback from cross-functional teams to improve operational processes
Manage process improvements by using data as the basis for decision making
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving
Ability to think under pressure, both individually and in team environment
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
Experience manipulating large data sets or equivalent, and drawing actionable insights from data
Advanced Excel/ Power BI /SAP users is preferred.Strong sense of responsibilities and work as a team player
